Late night burn

So, I never did go to the gym yesterday, for reasons that escape me, so I decided I HAD to go tonight. I did the alternating weights and treadmill (tm) routine, but did the tm treadmill at 133/134/133 calorie increments, thereby going to 400 calories. I did 400 cals. on the elliptical (my earbuds lost their charge), and I did about 45 minutes of vigorous weights. I done good.


After visiting with el doctor today, and finding out that I need to get back on Lipitor again, and him telling me I should look to lose about ten more pounds which would take me down to about 184, and saying I should just avoid carbs (like potatoes, rice, and pasta -- which I don't eat anyway)... [deep breath] I decided I needed to get out of the house and go sweat for a while.

I also bought some more protein powder, and I usually by ON 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein, but the salesperson at GNC suggested I try their brand of the same stuff. It was a bigger container and cost the same as the smaller one of ON that I was looking at initially. Two scoops a day.

Basically, breakfast will consist of egg white omelets (with or without veggies) cooked in PAM and Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt with fruit. Lunch, probably some vegetables in some fashion (i.e. salad) and fruit, maybe some tuna or other protein. Dinner, fish or chicken/turkey, plus veggies. Carbs be damned (not that I am huuuuge carb eater anyway). :)
